Static Mixer

The Mixpac A type Static Mixers are Bayonet type suited to 50ml, 75ml dual cartridge systems in both Helical and Quadro elements. Mixers with mixing ratios of 1:1, 2:1, 4:1, 10:1 are our standard offerings.

The Mixpac B type Static Mixers are suited to 25mL, 50mL and 75mL dual cartridges in both Helical and Quadro elements.Mixing ratios 1:1, 2:1, 4:1, 10:1 are our standard offerings.Their growing popularity with end users is attributed to its special design that eliminates accidental mixing at the tip.

The Mixpac C-System Mixers are designed for 200ml and 400ml cartridges. The unique design allows proper mixing with minimal resistance. In addition MCHX system is designed for 4:1 and 10:1 mix ratio cartridges.

The Mixpac F-System is manufactured to eliminate the challenges of adhesive curing at the tip of cartridge. Available in both Helical and Quadro technology, F Type Mixers have now become a norm for the 200ml and 400ml cartridge in mixing ratios of 1:1,2:1,4:1 and 10:1.

ME Series are a range of Mixers developed for application of Epoxy and PU through auto dispensing machines in 1:1,2:1,4:1 and 10:1 mix ratios. The mixer element is molded of Polyacetal to withstand higher pressures of meter mix machines. Ø of bell mouth housing 15.9 mm
