Applications

Fast-Curing Cyanoacrylate Adhesive Dispensing with ADoST PPS NXT using ADoST Pinch Valve

Dispensing fast-curing cyanoacrylate adhesives can be challenging due to rapid curing, which often causes clogging of wet parts and increases maintenance requirements. The ADoST PPS NXT, equipped with an integrated pinch valve, prevents direct contact between the adhesive and valve components, helping to minimize clogging during operation.

The system also uses specially selected low-permeability tubing to maximize tube life and maintain consistent dispensing performance.
