Applications
  1. Loxeal UV30-60 is specially designed for glass to plastic and metallized plastics (ABS) or glass to metal bonding as well as glass to glass application. For its good optical clarity is ideal for bonding of decorative parts, bonbonnières and furnishing accessories.
  2. It is also used as tamper proof marking in automotive applications.

Notes

  • Loxeal UV30-60 is also used for applications that require non-migration of the product,especially in jewellery.
  • For best results UV rays must have wavelength in range of 365-420 nm and light intensity of 100mW/cm².
  • Curing time depends on adhesive film thickness hence must be factored in.
