Notes

  • Loxeal 30-83provides a protective colourless film after exposure at high temperature with no shrinkage behavior.
  • Some users compromise on the wavelength of UV bulb and intensity. It must be noted that for best performance wavelength must be 365-420 nm and intensity of 100mW/cm².
  • Curing time depends on depth of adhesive bondline and must be factored in while calculating production time.
