PTFE Threadsealant for elastic film 

Loxeal 18-10, anaerobic thread sealant with PTFE for easy dismantling. Suitable for gas, LP gas, compressed air, gasoline and oil, industrial fluids, CFC, water and several chemicals, approval for natural gas and LP gas in vapour state.
Applications
  • As a threadsealant in equipment and machineries to prevent leakage against pressure.
  • Sealing of pipe fittings and piping in pressure vessels, compressors, pumps, valves, chillers, gear box, concrete mixes, hydraulic press, LP Gas, automobile and general plumbing applications.

Features and Benefits

PTFE threadsealant for extra lubrication during assembly and added sealing due to presence of PTFE particles.
Low strength. Excellent for applications requiring frequent dismantling.
Paste consistency prevents migration to unwanted areas.
Forms elastic film.
Fluorescence effect for quality check

Notes

  • When application needs to be performed on large fittings requiring dismantling in future, Loxeal 18-10 product is an excellent choice.
  • Approved for use with Natural gas and LP gas in vapor state.
  • Works very well on Stainless Steel pipe joints.
  • Has slightly slower handling time of 20-40min due to PTFE present.
