MBHX mixers are used for 4:1 and 10:1 mixing ratio cartridge/adhesive and are color coded Pink to denote that.

Article number is a unique identification number of a mixer in short form. As an example MBHX 03-16S stands for B type Static Mixer with Helical Elements for 4:1 and 10:1 mixing ratio cartridge/adhesive and having 3mm ID, 16mixing elements and stepped tip that can be cut to expose larger inner dia for large bead or high flow rate.

Waste Volume is the amount of adhesive trapped inside the Mixpac MAHX series Static Mixer that will eventually be wasted since the adhesive will cure inside upon reaching its open curing time.

The outlet of Mixpac MAHX series Static Mixers typically have about 3mm ID but in applications where adhesive’s bead requirement is less than that a nozzle can be fitted on the Static Mixer using the Luer Lock.
