MBQ mixers are used for 1:1 and 2:1 mixing ratio cartridge/adhesive and are color coded green to denote that.

Article number is a unique identification number of a mixer in short form. As an example MBQ 05-16L stands for B type Static Mixer with Quadro Elements for 1:1 and 2:1 mixing ratio cartridge/adhesive and having 5mm ID, 16mixing elements and luer tip.

Waste Volume is the amount of adhesive trapped inside the Mixpac MBQ Series Static Mixer that will eventually be wasted since the adhesive will cure inside upon reaching its open curing time.

The outlet of Mixpac MBQ Series Static Mixers typically have about 3mm ID but in applications where adhesive’s bead requirement is less than that a nozzle can be fitted on the Static Mixer using the Luer Lock.
