MGQ stand for “C type Mixer having Threads with Quadro elements”. G type Mixers can only be used on C type Mixpac Cartridge that come in 200ml or 400ml size and is fastened directly on the threads without use of plastic nut.

MGQ mixers are used for 1:1, 2:1 mixing ratio in side by side cartridge and 4:1 and 10:1 mixing ratio cartridge/adhesive in co-axial design.

Article number is a unique identification number of a mixer in short form. As an example MGQ 08-24T stands for C type Static Mixer with Threads and having Quadro Elements for 1:1 and 2:1 mixing ratio cartridge/adhesive and having 8mm ID, 24mixing elements and taper tip that can be cut to expose larger inner dia for large bead or high flow rate.

Waste Volume is the amount of adhesive trapped inside the Mixpac MGQ Series Static Mixer that will eventually be wasted since the adhesive will cure inside upon reaching its open curing time.

The outlet of Mixpac MGQ Series Static Mixers typically have about 3mm ID but in applications where adhesive’s bead requirement is less than that a nozzle can be fitted on the Static Mixer using the Luer Lock.
