  • This product provides capillary action due to its extremely low viscosity, makes it an ideal choice for assemblies that need calibration. Product can be applied after final calibration.
  • Its low viscosity makes it flow quickly, use of adaptor and nozzle will help in better handling the product.
  • The product exhibits excellent thermal resistance both hot strength and heat aging.


Wicking grade Anaerobic threadlocker for pre-assembled fasteners

Loxeal 70-14 is a wicking grade thread locker with fluorescence properties. Wicking action will help thread locker to be used for post assembly applications, where as fluorescence properties will help in quality check in the production line

Sealing between Ceramic and metal in HRC Fuses

  • Loxeal 70-14 is a capillary action liquid threadlocker and porosity sealant
  • Due to its ability to wick between very fine surface gaps, it has been used to seal the gaps between metal and ceramic in HRC Fuses.
  • Loxeal 70-14 penetrates between the substrates filling all the gaps and setting to form a 100% seal that will not allow moisture or water to seep inside causing failure.
  • In this application Loxeal Activator 11 is also used prior to the application of Loxeal 70-14 to ensure faster curing as one of the substrates is non-metal.

Crestabond M7-05 is a structural methacrylate adhesive and in this video the team at Elixir tried a real time adhesive bonding between steel substrates and subjected the bonded parts to a high level of force. The key to this video is that the parts are not developed or bonded in controlled laboratory conditions but in a real time environment and yet the Crestabond M7-05 achieves bond strength fast and remains strong against dynamic forces.

Loxeal 70-14- A penetrating grade Anaerobic Threadlocker for metals

Loxeal 70-14 is used to lock or seal parts that are pre-assembled. It penetrates between the substrates and fill micro gaps between them to create a structural joint that can withstand high levels of vibration and also seals against pressure of various types of fluids.
