A Static Mixer or simply a mixing nozzle is a precision engineered device used to homogenously blend two component adhesives and sealants such as epoxy, polyurethane, acrylic or silicones.
Inside the Static Mixer, a series of mixing elements continuously divide and recombine the individual stream of two-part adhesive, thus creating a consistent and uniform blend. The simple design of a static mixer ensures proper mixing without any manual effort or additional equipment, making the process highly efficient and reliable.
These mixing nozzles come in a variety of design and type to suit various end use. Common configurations include Helical elements for easy flow and Quadro for compact design, while inlets are designed to especially enable fitment for either Cartridge or Machine dispensing.

The Mixpac A series static mixers are designed to be used with A type 50ml Cartridges. The inlet of A series static mixer, also called bayonet is uniquely designed to fit only A type cartridges. The inlet of C series static mixer, also called bayonet is uniquely designed to fit only C type cartridges. These mixers can have both Helical elements (MCH, MCHX) or Quadro (MGQ, MCQ) and their selection depends entirely on adhesive type, flow rate required and other aspects specific to end use. While MCH (1:1, 2:1 ratio Helical type) and MCHX (4:1 & 10:1 ratio Helical type) are primarily developed for use with Cartridges, MGQ (Quadro) and MCQ (Quadro) can be used with both Cartridge or Machine dispensing.
